William C. Douglas, Jr., CEO

Will Douglas joined the Board of Directors of North Star, Inc. in 1996 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2002. Concurrently, Mr. Douglas has been an investment banker for over 27 years, most recently as a Director of Wachovia Securities, which acquired A. G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., in October 2007, where Mr. Douglas served as Managing Director and Manager of the National Healthcare Finance Group.

Prior to joining A. G. Edwards in 2003, Mr. Douglas was a Senior Vice President and Manager of the National Healthcare Finance Group for George K. Baum & Company, a private investment banking boutique. Mr. Douglas began his investment banking career with Boettcher & Company in 1982, and later worked at Paine Webber Mitchell Hutchins, now UBS, and a subsidiary of Drexel, Burnham, Lambert.

Stephen H. Stockmar, COO

Stephen H. Stockmar is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of North Star, Inc. Prior experience includes many years in the Real Estate department and Work Out Loan department for the First National Bank of Denver (now Wells Fargo), followed by a number of years as President and CEO of another Denver based bank and holding company.

After leaving Banking Mr. Stockmar purchased and operated a large truck part manufacturing, distribution and sales company headquartered in Denver, with operations in New Mexico and Wyoming. After its sale, he consulted with various financial institutions and companies until joining North Star, Inc. in 1997.
